Terms of Service

1. License & Usage Rights

Upon valid purchase, Angel of Spades grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to run and execute the software for personal use. Each license key or access pass is strictly tied to a single user or machine unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Anti-Piracy & Intellectual Property Protection

We enforce strict protection policies across all Angel of Spades software and assets. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate, unappealable permanent ban and license revocation:

• Reselling, leaking, sharing, or redistributing license keys, access passes, or software binaries.
• Decompiling, disassembling, reverse-engineering, cracking, or attempting to extract the source code of any AOS product.
• Intercepting, spoofing, or tampering with authentication network traffic or server API requests.
• Creating unauthorized modifications, loaders, or derivative works based on AOS tools.

3. Strict No-Refund & Chargeback Policy

Due to the immediate digital delivery and non-returnable nature of software licenses, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credits under any circumstances once a key or access pass has been generated or delivered.

Filing a dispute, claim, or chargeback through payment processors (PayPal, card issuers, crypto gateways, etc.) will result in an immediate HWID/account blacklist across all current and future Angel of Spades products and services.

4. Third-Party Platforms & Service Disclaimers

Angel of Spades tools interact with independent third-party platforms (such as Discord). You acknowledge and accept that:

• Third-party updates or policy changes may affect tool functionality. While we strive to push frequent updates, uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.
• You assume all responsibility and risk for how you deploy or use AOS tools. Angel of Spades is not liable for actions taken against your accounts, bots, or servers by third-party platforms.

5. Community Guidelines & Support Conduct

Access to official support channels, Discord servers, and Telegram groups is a privilege. We maintain zero tolerance for toxic behavior, harassment of staff or users, scamming, or promoting competing services. Violation of community rules may result in removal from support platforms without affecting your software license unless software terms were also breached.

6. Termination of Service

Angel of Spades reserves the right to suspend or permanently revoke access to any software license, dashboard, or community channel at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if these Terms of Service are violated.
